King Street Capital Management and IAM Investments Launch King Street Long/Short Credit UCITS Fund with $100 Million in Commitments
September, 17th 2025, London, UK and New York, NY - International Asset Management (“IAM”) and King Street Capital Management (“King Street”) today announced the launch of the King Street Long/Short Credit UCITS Fund (the “Fund”) on the IAM Investments UCITS Platform.
Launching with $100 million in commitments, the Fund offers investors exposure to global liquid credit across the credit spectrum, including performing, structured, stressed and liquid distressed credit instruments, as well as shorting through single names and index.
“We view this as a unique offering in the market given King Street’s multi-strategy breadth in global credit, 30-year track record of cycle-tested investing and approach to credit alpha generation” said Marivi Lorente, co-Head of IAM Investments UCITS Platform and Managing Partner at IAM. “We believe the King Street Long/Short Credit UCITS Fund is an excellent avenue for accessing the opportunity in global liquid credit in a weekly-liquidity format.”
King Street is a leading global manager in the multi-strategy credit space, with over $29 billion in assets under management and a 30-year track record of risk-adjusted performance.
The UCITS Fund brings King Street’s Flagship Strategy into a global liquid credit UCITS fund structure and builds on the firm’s global credit platform and decades of experience. With deep expertise navigating complexity across public markets, capital structures, and geographies, King Street operates as an integrated global team focused on best-in-class sourcing, structuring and execution.
“Today’s credit markets are defined by heightened dispersion and volatility, presenting compelling opportunities we believe King Street is uniquely positioned to pursue,” added David Walch, Partner and Co-Portfolio Manager at King Street. “Partnering with IAM on this UCITS fund helps enable us to share those opportunities with a broader investor base, with a goal of lower equity correlation and more flexibility than traditional fixed income.”
