Rich Marano

Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel

Rich Marano is a Managing Director and the Chief Compliance Officer of King Street. He is based in New York and is a member of the Risk Committee, Pricing Committee, Brokerage Committee, Conflicts Committee and Responsible Investment Committee.

Prior to joining King Street in 2005, Rich was an Investment Management Attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel. Before joining Schulte Roth & Zabel, Rich was an Attorney for LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae where he specialized in Investment Management.

Rich received a B.A. in History and Law and Society from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law. He is a member of the Bar of New York and the Bar of New Jersey.
